We worked on the documentary Money Through the Ages. We brought the evolution of currency to life, illustrating its many forms—from ancient barter systems to coins, paper money, and digital transactions. Through compelling visuals, we showcased how money has shaped economies and civilizations throughout history.

Like a vision from the past, the major turning points of history have shaped the evolution of currency. Betrayals, battles, slavery… so many dark chapters revolving around these precious metals of immeasurable value. The teams at Some Stuff have crafted an artistic staging where metallic reflections blend with the darkness of the ore, highlighting the lasting impact of money on civilizations. By combining historical rigor with striking aesthetics, these visuals bring the evolution of currency to life in a way that is both unique and immersive.

Our teams also developed a unique artistic direction for this universe, designing maps inspired by a world of silver, gold, and bronze. The whole concept is enhanced with a modern touch through holographic and luminous effects.
